Hey there, after a while I wasn't posting in my blog, I see Angelo Recchi.com has disappeared. No problem, it's just I couldn't maintain it in a proper way, and did not want to invest any longer on a "personal" domain. Therefore, I'm working on another project, which will be broader than my personal website. I'll find the way to put my face on it. :-)

Stay tuned!

A Le Marche Tour between Rome and Venice

Have you ever thought about Le Marche in between an Italy grand-tour?

In case you have already visited Tuscany, you can easily put Le Marche between Rome and Venice.

It takes 4 hours to get from Venice to Ancona by train, and 3 hours from Rome to Ancona, on a spectacular and panoramic route.

Why don't you move to the Adriatic side?

Think about it!

Sorry, I have been busy for a while...

One year ago, the 27th August, little Diego jumped into our lives.

It's been a dreaming year.

Views from a b&b in Monte Conero area

Last time I went to see a b&b, during one of my explorations of Le Marche.

I was near home, in Monte Conero area, few miles from Ancona.

This is the view you can enjoy at sunset from the b&b.

Poems in Le Marche

We all are poets, especially in front of beautiful views.

One of those views - which my guests know very well - can be enjoyed from Fratte Rosa, where baked clay potteries are still hand-made and sold to people who loves cooking well.

The 21st March, when Spring starts, the roads around Fratte Rosa will be closed to traffic and will be accessible only by bus from a close parking. All the visitors will be given a chalk to write a poem, or just few lines, right on the asphalt.

A food point will be available to eat.

The whole programme is available here. Unfortunately, it's only in Italian, but I'm sure that if you email the organization, they will give you instructions in English (although it's not difficult to understand).
